Beer Wine

The beer and wine, starting a pub Liscense?
I live in Florida and am looking to start a pub. I just want to get beer and wine review Liscense a full liquor and insurance is like 200k to start. I am also planning to do in North Carlina, but have no idea about its legislation on the sale of alcohol and its climate is the difference between liquor and beer Liscense / Wine. The county in North Carolina certainly Watauga. Is this a good idea to start a medium-sized city located in a big city? Or is the business of the city an average of more? Ive got my idea and I know what I do, but I really am having difficulties for things work, because people think Im 22 and im not serious. Detailed advice would be greatly appreciated.
First, if you have no experience in advertising, I recommend that you work in a bar for the next six months or to bus tables and dishes waiting tables and cooking to whether he will return to it and if you have the skills. This will give you some work experience needed to understand and run a profitable pub. Since this is his first business, we strongly recommend who speak a business adviser before you do anything especially spend money. I would call the local office of SCORE Florida (Go http://www.score.org and ZIP code to enter to find the chapter nearest you), the advice is free. Ask someone who has training in bars / restaurants and do their best effort to match the right consultant. The SCORE counselor will most likely invite you to write a business plan that is good advice, since it will force dig any details of startup costs and start-up of a Florida restaurant (which can also work with SCORE North Carolina to obtain the cost of doing business there) and also require that you understand all aspects of the company, including customers that we will concentrate on (your market) and how you will let them know and want to go to his pub fabulous. The location of advertising is important but does not make it a success. To prove that you have to do is walk down a street in his hometown, where there are several good restaurants at once and you'll find one or two that are empty, while others are busy. It has to do with the menu, atmosphere, and reputation at the start and what over time. You also have food handler permits, zoning, right, right in the city and county licenses and permits and be able to negotiate the owner to determine who bears the costs of build-outs or changes made to the premises to be ready appearance. You may also worry for planning and management relating to the opening of any company. Take a look and read some articles in: http://www.ychange.com/small-business-consulting-articles.html especially in a business plan and start a company. Also try your blog and bulletin board. It is hoped that helped.
