How to get legs stronger without squat?
I’ve been working about 3 days a week for a while and and my before I used to bench 135 max and now that is what I rep for 4 sets of six. But my squat is horrible and probably went up maybe 5 pounds if Im lucky, all my friends like squat but I hate it because my legs give out really fast…Is there any other excerse that gets your legs strong?
leg curls, leg extensions, wall squats, calf raises, lunges, leg press. for the butt and hamstring area it doesnt get any better than squats tho i’m afraid
