Sergio’s is
privately owned by George and Barbara Vandeman and displays
the artwork of famous Italian artist, E. Sereni, and
authentic Tuscan artifacts. Along with the General Manager,
Stu Schroeder, George is a guiding force behind the scenes
to insure the quality of service and product for each guest.

George
is pleased to introduce Chef Alfredo Lee, who recently
joined Sergio's as Executive Chef. Half Italian by birth,
Chef Alfredo grew up surrounded by the outstanding cuisines
of Florence, Italy. From an early age, he learned about
quality produce, meats and seafood and discovered his great
passion for preparing Italian food. Trained extensively in a
variety of Italian cuisines from 12 distinct regions, Lee
trained in Italy with 24 different chefs from all regions of
the country.
