Sergio’s is privately owned by George and Barbara Vandeman and displays the artwork of famous Italian artist, E. Sereni, and authentic Tuscan artifacts. Along with the General Manager, Ryan Nomura, George is a guiding force behind the scenes to insure the quality of service and product for each guest. George is pleased to introduce Chef Rodhel Ibay who recently joined Sergio's as Restaurant Chef. Chef Rodhel's experiences in New York and Las Vegas has allowed him to integrate from his culinary experiences creating Sergio's authentic flavor profile utilizing the finest ingredients from Italy integrated with the finest fresh island ingredients from Hawaii.
