How to make a quick and easy breakfast sausage and pancakes

1 pound chicken lean ground

In a large bowl, combine apples, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and sage. Crumble ground chicken and mix well. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions and form patties. Spray a large skillet, nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add patties to skillet and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink and cooked through. Drain on paper towels if necessary.

You can freeze the meatballs, either before or after cooking, if desired. Wrap individually for your convenience.

REFRIGERATOR hitter

2 cups all-purpose flour
4 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder teaspoon
1 teaspoon salt teaspoon
1 / 2 cup sugar
1 / 4 cup melted butter
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 3 / 4 cups milk

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a container with a tight lid. Add butter, eggs and milk to dry mixture and mix until smooth. The use of pancakes or waffles. Refrigerate a week. (Mixture will be independent of agitation remix before using.)
