I am looking for some new lunch menu ideas for my restaurant?

I have a tex mex restaurant and I am looking for some lunch items to lighten the menu. Other than taco salad and soups. I would like the items to be easily prepared, and made in advance, so all I have to do is put the ingredients together. It is a quick service restaurant and all food items take no longer than 2 minutes to assemble

Sometimes it can be the same food but prepared creatively…. Fajita meat, on a ‘skewer’… Simple ecomonical form a foodservice point of view and great profit. Add you really need is the wooden skewer!

Excellent for take away… Even skewers on a salad…
