Need help making a Christmas menu (I have a pub and OpenIn in Southern Christmas dinner)?

I own a pub (in England and I DNO if the U.S. has different Christmas dinner) (half already!) anyway I have a buffet? menu? a menu where you choose from a number of things? What I put in the menu, etc. outside of Turkey and what desserts and festive drinks? all start?
