how can i combine the data in three tables in order to have only one table in Microsoft Access?

i am working on a database and i have three tables. I want to combine them so that i can be working with one table.
the three tables have four identical columns (same field name and data) but there are other columns which are unique to each table.
the three tables have different number of rows ( first table has 1019 rows, second table has 1018 rows, and third table had 934 rows).
how can i combine these tables and how do i deal with the uneven number of rows?

I would assign relationships between the tables instead.
